These involved a diamond chain sawing core drilling methodology. We provided the design and installation service of a structural system, as well as general core drilling works for mechanical and engineering services.

Redevelopment of former industrial works to include office and student accommodation, a multi-storey car park, retail outlets and hotels. This project encompassed a wide variety of tasks – initially we were brought on site to wire saw solid steel beams by using a bespoke wire saw designed in-house. We cut heavy structural beam stubs that protruded from a facade retention. The project also required us to stich drill an opening to form a separation on a retaining wall, as well as additional floor sawing and core drilling works.
